spent my Mid-Autumn Festival with Yuklum, my sec sch bestest buddy and jiemei..

Photo we took before the bridge.

One of the beautiful exhibits.

Blur us.

Dinner time! We shared a 宫褒田鸡 and i had pork porridge while Yuklum had cuttlefish porridge. YUMMY!

I was truly, utterly, amazingly facinated by this exquisite shrine! The famous 佛牙寺

With our zodiac, the Dragon.
It was tiring yet wonderful mid-autumn spent.. Thanks Yuk Lum! (:
Some nice pictures to share:

Are you able to see that part of the sunlight is being covered? Astoundingly beautiful!

Durian & the Moon.

Sunrise on 29th September.

This is what i call a really hopeful Sunrise! taken on my way to morning gongyo on 30th September (:
Went for Sensei's video last Thursday at Senja. It was yet another heartwarming encounter with Sensei. We can conclude 3 important messages:
1. What are the important forces for the growth & development of SGI?
Voices of the Youths.
To value the women a lot more than the past.2. How can we improve on the organisation, making it vast, solid & ever-advancing?
Do not hesitate to speak up courageously to the leaders.
Those in leadership should pay close heed to constructive opinions.3. What has Sensei done for the sake of world peace.
Too many to name! In fact we should practise sincerely to proclaim our mentor's greatness to the world.CIC training on last Sat at SYC was another strong boost to my life state. We learnt about Sunlight [instalments 31-35] from TPSD and Treasure Tower [instalments 1-14] from NUSSD. IIC Ying Jie & Shu Hui from TPSD & NUSSD respectively then shared their experiences on Campus Connection/Dialogue with us. We must always Plan, Chant, Action, Conduct & Review, so that we can have fruitful & better dialogues everytime.
We also heard updates on HEARTS Campaign & experiences of Japan Kenshukai from various chiefs. Really grateful to my IIC Min Min for giving me this opportunity to grow & learn! (:
On Sunday, Min Min, Chiu Ling & Letitia homevisited me and Min Ling and we were approached to be CICs for ITAC. At that instant i was deeply touched & exhilarated. I have been praying for me to realise my mission in gakkai & for kofu, and here it is - my actual proof. YAY!
On paper there are a total of 36 YWDs in SIM and this is a big shocking number to the both of us. We will be discussing on Campus Dialogue with our counterparts Shi Han & Wei Zhang on Sat. Min Ling and i have this common goal (our secret!) - to expand SIM and to be able to have our own SIMSD by 2010. Never is a dream too big, it's up to us whether we take actions (:
In addition, i attended monthly zadankai & weekly morning gongyo to conclude this Super Serious week of learning! Never had i felt so much joy in attending meetings. I feel that my life has really expanded alot this week! (:
Yesterday I went to attend Stephanie's grandfather's wake at Woodlands after giving tuition to my cousin at Khatib. It was a relief to see Steph facing everything courageously. The passing of one's life indicates the beginning of another. I am very sure his grandfather will be reincarnated in a family with ghzn to continue his mission for kofu. At this very crucial moment, she must be really strong to stand up and support her family. I know she can do it. She is a strong girl (:
Saw her cousin (younger than her by 1 month) whom was in the same class as Steph & I in Soka Kindergarten. First time seeing him after 13 years. Grew so tall & quite gd-looking also. He doesn't seem to recognise me at all, not even our class name and his best friend in SK from a photo we showed him. What a heartless man. Tsk tsk. 好看不好吃 (haha quoted from Jessica)
Will be going down later in the morning to support Steph and to send his grandfather on his final journey. There is only so little that i can do, but hope Steph and her family will have the life force to continue on this path for kofu, for the humanity and for their beloved grandfather.
