Have you thought of your resolutions for next year?
If not, better start thinking.
I remember Pei Pei saying something like "my resolution is to fulfill what i have not fulfilled this year." (Very funny, Pei Pei)
There are definitely many things that we want to achieve in a new year. Once you set your mind on achieving something, you should go all out for it.
There are many milestones for me this year. Overall, this is quite a sucky year for me ):
Have not been blogging for almost a month liao. What had i been doing?
So far, have done 12 homevs for this month. it's still not enough. we still need 11 homevs more to go in order to reach 50. although i know that figures are not important, but i really hope to achieve another victory for sensei and for itac before this year comes to an end.
when ppl ask me wad CCA i joined. "Full-time gakkai", i will say.
Just a quick calculation, out of 31 days for dec, so far 22 days are packed with gakkai activities.
i derived much joy from doing so much for kofu. this is the only month that i feel that is not wasted. 3 cheers!
have to return to school for extra lectures on 2 Sundays. though really sian-half but no choice. have to shuffle from home to school and then to Chingay training. as busy as a beeeee..
attended 4th Nationwide Youth Leaders Meeting on 6th Dec. 2008 will be the Year of Capable Leaders and Development. shared by ymd and ywd chiefs, our key focus and platforms to achieving our aims will be:
1. study and strengthen faith in ND buddhism (strong and absolute, not blind faith)
2. to reach out and expand Buddha forces
3. consolidate and revitalise youth leadership
4. uphold justice and fight evil
"There should be an awareness of mission for kosen rufu to tap into inherent wisdom and advance with unwavering fortitude"

Last sat was Ultimate Rendezvous concert @ HQ. Helped at backstage in coordinating movements of performers. saw many hilarious and unthinkable stuff which they did. didnt know they are such fun ppl to be with. Esp. Alvin(keyboardist), Raymund(the one who sang nothing gonna change my love for you) and Yiyuan(campus superstar). They made me laugh until my mouth and stomach cramp. Had fun. The concert is a great success. Cheers!

Us and Yiyuan
Xmas this year was rather special also. Planned to celebrate with Elleen May & Joni but they already arranged to meet up with their friends so i was asked to tag along. Got to know Joni's classmates & attachment friends. they are a nice & fun-loving lot i can say. As 3 of them have cars, we intended to go Mount Faber, but alas, it was super jammed with vehicles rushing to countdown. So they changed their plans to Kent Ridge Park. The clock struck 12 the moment we reach there. So we ended up counting down in the CAR. special indeed huh. played sparkles and sprays there. After that they wanted to go somewhere to chill so we were brought to Villa Bali. unfortunately the packages include beers & alcohol so they decided not to since they have to drive. guess where we went to then?
Toa Payoh Mcdonalds. lol. after that played pool at Hougang Plaza till 4+. may gohonzon bless the 2 whom were supposed to book in at 10am the next morning (:
