woke up at around 10am today.. dad came home around 1030am cos he's working half-day every Thursday. he went to his wardrobe and digged out a long sleeve white shirt and asked me to bleach it. told me he has got to do gajokai duty on 初二.
the best thing is that he has to work on both 除夕 and 初一
dunno if she is coming home for New Year or not. even if she does, my once-a-year "reunion" already buang le. sigh.

Nageb told us something interesting during our IBM lecture today. He heard from BBC radio that a remote part of Africa that hasn't gotten any rain in its history, received showers of blessing today.

after lecture, received an sms from Renzhi telling me his O'levels results. Well done. i hope he can get into Nanyang as he has always wanted. instead, was rather worried about Jerry, so called him to ask about his results. I think overall he is quite ok with what he got, saying that it is ghz's arrangement. anyway i was pretty glad for him as well, after Sikang and my "intensive grinding" for Phy & Bio he has got us B3 for his combined science. well done. pls continue to pray for the best arrangement.
received a call from Roy after that. he told us that Weizhang will not be able to make it for tonight's dmkk, so we will have to cover his part for the sharing. quite taken aback. we thought it would be nicer if Weizhang had told us himself. moreover he didn't send us his preparations. i know i should not lament. but i really think it is the issue of being responsible.
anyway, Min Ling and i went to HBF centre for dinner. met Rena there and we had a casual chit-chat.
made our way to SYC library to do further preparations but we ended up taking power nap. it can be really torturing for me when it's the time of the month. absolutely mood-less.
although we didn't do a thorough preparation for the dmkk, everything turned out well. to think that sanshoshima are still attacking just half an hour before the sharing. it really freaked us out. But we were glad that Shih Han was able to carry out his responsibility till the end. was so proud of him. the power of dmk is indeed immense.
the FD had a meeting at SYC as well. IICs and CICs from different institutions were there to introduce their campus and courses to those who are graduating. saw Jerry and he looked OK, so i should not have much of a worry.
cannot really tahan after everything ended, but darling Elleen and Brandy have yet to take their dinner. so we went to HBF Mcdonalds. Yiheng was super chatty so at least that keeps me going. Haha. After which he offered to send Elleen and I home by cab. Thanks, i needed that.
got to turn in now. the cramps are giving me a hard time. sob sob.
yet, after all that has happened, nothing beats receiving a good night message =)
