I got hold of a book on Titanic from library@esplanade on Tues. Wanted to borrow A Walk to Remember, a novel based on the movie by Mandy Moore. Saw it once there but it was loaned out that day.
Arranged for a rehearsal at TBSC. Coincidentally the YMDs had their daimokukai there too, so did managed to catch some to help out for our presentation. So far so good. Was caught in the drizzle on my way home so had a flu yesterday. Not serious, but irritating is the word. Popped 2 flu pills and went over to Minling's house to stay over and "chiong" out our ITAC flag.
Teck Kiang had a short talk with us while we were doing and he told us his struggles in NUSSD during his time, where only 3 were present for their institution meeting. Was really inspired by this senior whom built NUSSD from scratch till wad is it now today. He will be graduating this Sat, was happy for him but at the same time abit sad as well. He is my most respected senior in SD and the one whom encouraged and inspired me the most during my trying periods. Would like to get him a gift tml. =)
There were 4 of us making, and only Minling, Ratna and I managed to stay throughout the night till 6am in the morning. Poor Kaiyang fell asleep at 3+ despite our noisy clamouring and efforts to keep him awake. Haha. We sang song, gone crazy, danced throughout the night to make us awake to do the flag. Here's our final product which the 3 of us were SOOOOO proud of.

Was really "cui" on my way home that i slept throughout the bus ride. Went home and flopped on my papa's bed and slept for 4 hours before going SK (Soka Kindergarten) for a meeting with our principal Mrs Tay.
SK would be having its K2 Independence Camp in Aug which is 2 days right before my chapter friendship meeting, and its 15th Anniversary cum Graduation Day on 25th Oct. Main committee cum advisors consist of the 3 iron ladies from the pioneer batch: Jessica, Xueyun and ME! It feels great working together with them again after our alumni concert back in 2006. Though our YMD counterparts are currently serving the country but i believe we will do a great job with their support. =D
Worked out our plans and agenda for the 2 events and did alot of discussions with regards to the number of manpower needed. Since K2 Independence Camp will be aided by our fellow members from SD, it should not be much of a problem rallying a few responsible alumnus for the 2-day event. As for graduation day, it's a tougher project as we calculated for a total of 107 alumnus needed. Took out names from the 3rd-6th batch and we will meeting up on Wed & Sat for a calling session. 107. For SD is easy but for SK alumni is sweat. Hahaz. Jiayou jiayou!
Looking forward to more platforms for kofu after this Sat's SD Nationwide Meeting. Meanwhile, let's do our best and give our final push for the nationwide meeting!
Okay, im really tired now. The best way to end a day is to read a good book and have a good night sleep. Night night~
